“Make it meaningful and memorable!”
Ashley Terry, an experienced, full-service agent since 2017, is familiar with residential, farm and ranch, vacant land and commercial listings in all of Tulsa and its surrounding communities, including Coweta, where she has lived her whole life.
After graduating from Coweta High School, Ashley attended Tulsa Community College where she majored in Biology and received her Associates Degree in Science. Before making the decision to enter the real estate field, she worked in various retail sales positions, and as a property manager. Her past work experience helped her develop customer service, communication and negotiation skills which have transferred easily to her real estate business. She has a unique ability to understand what her clients’ needs are, and the necessary qualifications to help them decide what will work best for them. She explains, “Negotiations are a part of life and there is always a middle ground to be found.” Ashley brings her clients the valuable tools necessary to research and analyze all the data available in every transaction.
Ashley believes in living by the Golden Rule. By treating others as she would have them treat her, she builds great relationships that last a lifetime. “I am dedicated to make the transaction process as smooth as possible for all parties involved,” Ashley explains. She works with both buyers and sellers and has done over $3.8 million in transactions since starting her real estate career. “I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my clients into the home they want, or to sell their home as quickly as possible, for the best price I can get.” Ashley attributes her success to diligence, honesty and a positive attitude. She is proud that many of her clients become friends for life.
Ashley has a servant’s heart, and in her free time, volunteers helping others in need. She also volunteers at her church, Redemption Holiness Church. She loves spending quality time with her biological family as well as her church family, and she enjoys crocheting, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
